Q: How long has NAOGRRC been around?
A: We've been in existence since 2002.

Q: How much does membership cost?
A: Membership is $15/year per person.

Q: How do I join the club?
A: Before you decide to join, we ask that you first attend a club meeting as a guest. If you are interested in attending a meeting as a guest, simply show up at one of our monthly meetings at Hobbytown USA in Kennesaw, GA. The next meeting date is always posted on our home page.

Q: When and where does the club meet?
A: NAOGRRC meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at Hobbytown USA in Kennesaw, GA at 7:00pm. On rare occasions meetings may be at alternate locations, but you will always know well in advance. Meetings do not have a set time limit, but they usually last about 2 hours.

Q: What are the benefits of membership?
A: We're a social club. Members talk trains, work on trains, learn about trains, take interesting train related field trips, conduct and attend workshops and special breakout sessions and, of course, work on the club layout at Hobbytown USA just to name a few benefits.

Q: Do I need to be a serious collector or operator to fit in?
A: Not at all. Our members range from master modelers to amateurs. No matter what level you're at, you'll feel at home here.

Q: Do I need to live in "North Atlanta" to be a member?
A: No. Most of our members live North of the city, but we have several members who live further down south. As long as you're willing to make the drive to the meetings, we really don't care where you live.
